    was foolish, didn't listen to mike and didn't take the time to retape the rings, prior to nate, like I should have. end result, hand tear (silly and avoidable).

    lesson learned though.

    Some hand tears, crazy sore pecks and traps. Today I simply suck!

    Damn Nate. I apologize for all the f-bombs I dropped this morning, my ego was sore due to my lack of strength. Where's Thomas when you need an f-bomb buddy? ;)

    7 rounds + 4 ring rows (no pull-ups for me, shoulder needed a rest after yesterday's Tabata)
    This WOD was obviously scaled for me as I don 't have a MU or HSPU yet.

    Felt weak as F'bomb today but....... got my rope climb! WOOO!

    Off to NC till Aug 15th KB and skipping rope are packed!
