  1. Great morning. Class kicked ass! I was in early getting sane and knocking out 5-6 rounds of 3 cleans @ 165 run the bar to the rings do 10 Ring Dips, clean it run back and do 5 bench at 135.

  2. That WOD combined with Saturdays WOD has me demo'd. Wow. Hands are raw from a tough week on the bars ...

    Monday is a rest day. No. Doubt. About. It.
