Deadlift: 1 1/2 body weight
Bench press: body weight
Clean: 3/4 body weight
OR, if you lifted yesterday.
Tabata Something else.

20 seconds on 10 seconds off over 8 rounds of:
Pull Ups
Push Ups
Sit Ups
Squats

    lol and my numbers are a little effed for this one. I won't be able to deadlift or bench those numbers, but I'll be able to clean more than 3/4 bodyweight.

  6. ok am I reading this correctly?? 55 reps of all these things? This is the most ridiculous WOD i've seen yet.... Luckily it's wednesday dec 8 not tuesday so maybe I'm safe? I don't see any after WOD posts...maybe they all died.

    Those of you that have been lifting recently will be doing Tabata Something Else.

    Please call out your numbers loudly and clearly in the order Steph and Chris have you on the board.

    GREAT night for me! PR'd on EVERYTHING!

    Back squat 305# (from yesterday)
    Deadlift 455# (Back on top of the leaderboard! Woo hoo!)
    Power Clean 195# (Tried for 205#, and should've gone for 200#, I think...just got excited and greedy haha)
    Bench Press 225# (Also got 215# before that for a PR)

    Man, I'm feeling AWESOME!
