  1. it was a ton of fun.
    then max thrusters!

    still need to learn to lift more than myself ... ha.

  2. The cardio intensity of this workout is surprising. It doesn't look cardio-hevby on paper, or maybe it does, but I didn't see it this morning before I went in!

    Sounds super intense and perfectly painful :).
