  1. Ohhhhh man, this is going to be a fun one!

    Are they OH Walking Lunges with the plate? Or just carrying it anyway, any-how?

  2. Rich, you can do them overhead ... and with 2 plates, one in each hand! We want this to be interesting ....

  3. Front Squats:

    5 rounds + 6 burpee pull-ups

    Then we played around and had fun at the holiday gathering! It was a great time! Thanks again to Tiff for organizing it, and for Mike for making it all possible!

    WOD: 5 rds + 3 box jumps, RX'd but I had to use a small box to jump and grab the pullup bar.
