AMRAP 15 Min:
20 D/U's
15 Squats
5 x BW BP
5 Burpies

Warm Up:
Dynamic Stretching
Then
3 rounds of:
1 min skipping
30 Second squat hold
5 Bar Thrusters

  2. Good morning Tim, Just got home from tidying up the space. Sure was lonely in there this morning. I swear it was just me. Ah well, a little quality time preparing my car for its trip into the shop and maybe a few minutes on the couch before heading back to see if there are any takers at 7. I am fairly confident tomorrow will have a nice WOD as well.

  3. Ach! I feel terrible ... I was so full of piss & vinegar yesterday ... recovery felt fine.

    Then ... quads like rocks and lower back exhausted when I woke up this morning. 90 year old man syndrome set in.

    Bah. Sorry! I let weakness get in the way. Soon ... soon.

  4. A rest day is (almost) always worth it. You don't want to injure yourself and be out for 10 days, trust me, its not fun. Listen to your body, there's nothing wrong with that.

  6. Took on Linda instead it was just Lindsay and I for the 6pm class. My time was 24:50
    Deadlift at 155
    BP at 75
    Cleans at 85
    Probably could have gone higher on the cleans but still have one day to go to the gym and didn't want to be stuck on the couch all of Friday.
