Friday December 24 2010

Five rounds for time of:
95-pound Snatch, 10 reps
15 Pull-ups
75-pound Thruster, 20 reps

Warm Up: 10 minutes.
Skill Snatch.

  1. Not sure where else to post's the recipe for the snack I brought in today:

    My own mods:

    - I didn't use flax (none in my cupboards!)
    - I didn't use choc, obviously
    - I didn't use the agave, only the honey
    - I also didn't use the stevia

    I found them plenty sweet without using a couple of the sweetening ingredients called for. Also, they should be kept in the fridge; I found that they got much less solid after sitting in a warm place for a while.

  2. We had 13 in for the Christmas Eve WOD. Too many people for 2 bars a piece. Instead of this WOD, we partnered up and did "SEVENS"
    7 rounds of:
    7 dumbell power cleans
    7 burpies
    7 box jumps

    Great energy in the room!
