  1. Wow, I wish I'd look at the blog before doing my own WOD...either way, this marks the beginning of the "do the damn WOD faster" challenge. My goal: by the time I return to Guelph, I'll be able to do the following WOD in under 12 minutes

    2 rounds, for time
    25 pushups
    50 squats
    50 sit ups

    Today's time: ...17:44 (hence why the challenge is to do the damn WOD faster :-P)

  2. Banks are closed next Monday/Tuesday Mike. This looks like a great WOD to build those most important of all muscles, the turkey tummy holders
