    one right hand, one left hand ='s 1.
    if i can offer suggestions ... make sure your hand is centred on the bar ... haha.

    Great WOD! REALLY tough!
    I ate sh*t on my last Chest Slapper of my 6th round. Smashed my chest into the ground...forgot to put my hands out haha.

    And just finished my 3rd HSPU for the day. Took 2 tries, and man, was it tough!

  6. 7 rounds @35 + 1 snatch per side. Also enjoyed it, loved the chest slappers, I didn't even have to break them up. Also started on my HSPU, I did about 5 today.
