  4. hey yeawl (trying to sound american ...) this marine base is unreal .... you should see the amount of equipment this gym has .... about 30 bars with the bumpers to fit them ... about 70-80 kettlebells of various weights .... about 30 people can fit on the pullup bar inside another 20 or so outside

    day one today ... so we did fran came in 3rd 1st place came in at 4:50 ...

    PS ... if I have any spare money left over, does anyone want a CF ripper Tshirt? some marine symbol on the front breast, on the back it says Crossfit Ripper "we do today what no one WILL do; so tomorrow we may do what no one CAN do" .... let me know .... again I might be short on cash so it could be a first post first serve situation .... post you size as well $10 USD

  12. No disrespect to Jamie as he is the undisputed D/U king (for the time being) but young Dylon and Austin both went from none to six in a row. It's all in the hops Bill, with maybe a little co ordination in there as well. In no time you will be challenging the rest of us for D/U supremacy Bill.
