Rest day for me too!! Back in San Fran.. gonna see the sights today.. whatever those are.. forgot to do research on non-crossfit related travelling. whoops
Head out to fisherman's warf. Check out the seals and Alkataz and if you're up for it, you can rent a bike from near the warf and ride up and over the Golden Gate bridge. There's also Haite Ashbury, Chinatown, and lots of shopping. Have fun!
