    did D/L before 135x8,225x5,315x3,265x2, 405(F) ... F = did not open up my hips .... then did blackjack .... felt like I took way too long, 22:48 as rx'd, unsupported sit ups ... and now I can not stand up straight!! haha

  8. this total talk at the end of the month might be a no go for me ... unless it is really early .... I have an away rugby game that day not sure where it is yet (i.e. how far away)

    are we going to have a 'practice' total before joining up with another club?

    21 kb sings,
    400m run,

    75 wall ball,

    400m run,
    21 kb swings
    12 pull ups,

    200m run,
    15 squats,
    10 push ups,
    5 pull ups
