ReplyDelete14:19 rx'd. I'm a bit disappointed with my time for this WOD, but it gave me a great indication of some areas where I should be applying more focus.
Great WOD overall - covered everything: shoulders, back, core, ass, legs.
15:50ish? RXed though; more and more of these I'm RXing! Here's to measurable progress!
