WOD: 2 power snatches on the minute for 15 minutes.
Warm Up:
TnB Lunges, High Knees, Fannie Wackers

Skill: Burgner x 3, snatch balances.

Wod is to be completed at 65% of your SRM

    Did Fran today and was really gunning for sub 5.. ended up finishing with 5:05!!
    Yesterday did a killer WOD and my quads are sore (First WOD with MU's - now that I can do them)
    WOD:
    3 rounds - 1 MU, 5 Power Cleans @115, 7 Squats @165
    finished 9:14
