I have mastered pain management. On Friday my knee was sore, but thanks to Sunday's dead lift drill my back now hurts enough that I have forgotten about my knee completely.
It took me 10:30 to finish two rounds, I stepped on the box because I couldn't jump on it, even though it was only 20 inches, and I used a 6 pound wall ball. I had to stop after my 2 rounds because I couldn't continue.
Today I did the same workout in 7 minutes flat, used a 20 pound wall ball, and jumped on the 24 inch box.
played with ring dips, mu's and press.
ReplyDelete5 mu's in a row ... gunning for 10 in the next little while.
#120 on the press before I got distracted by mikes grunting and groaning and drawn to the weighted ring dip competition.
#110 (i believe, we need video proof of lockout...) added to the ring dip. If lock out wasn't achieved then #100.
FUN!
My boobs are sore.

I'd say that's a bit of success :-)
