  4. Wow - yesterday's WOD was fun. I tried to play the pacing game today, make sure I kept sub 10 for each of the rounds and gave 'er on the last one. Worked quite well. For anyone left to it I recommend working in 7's then going 7-14 on your last round.

    Wish I could've benched today but starting strength has me doing enough strength. Finally hitting 2 plates for 5 on the squat rack tomorrow, you could say I'm mildly excited.

    Anyways, 28:34 I believe was my time today.
