155 pound Deadlift, 12 reps
155 pound Hang power clean, 9 reps
155 pound Push jerk, 6 reps
Scale as needed using only one bar
Did the first round RX'd, then went to 135# for the remaining 4 rounds.
Wasn't feeling to great this morning. I ate some breaded chicken yesterday...not a good think to do when you're gluten intolerant. Still feeling it now, almost 24 hours later. Ugh.
I had to do all rounds at 135! Hang power cleans were killing me! 13:01 Solid time Rich! Great benchmark WOD! but also really shows you how far those guys are ahead of us on the main site!
Harder than it sounds. Did the WOD by myself. Used 95 lbs. Tried 115 lbs but it's too much for the push presses.

so much strength! and i'm missing out! only one more day ... that's what I keep telling myself ...

Gee, now that I read the WOD again, I realised that I did the wrong workout. Did puss press instead of push jerk.
