155 pound Deadlift, 12 reps
155 pound Hang power clean, 9 reps
155 pound Push jerk, 6 reps
Scale as needed using only one bar

  1. Harder than it sounds. Did the WOD by myself. Used 95 lbs. Tried 115 lbs but it's too much for the push presses.

  4. 12:32 for me on this one this morning.

    Did the first round RX'd, then went to 135# for the remaining 4 rounds.

    Wasn't feeling to great this morning. I ate some breaded chicken yesterday...not a good think to do when you're gluten intolerant. Still feeling it now, almost 24 hours later. Ugh.
