Way to go Tim, what did you swing? I think there will be a few people feeling similar sentiments about his WOD. All you new to the MU people out there.

after the last two days wods (especially yesterdays) i just didn't have the 'pop' to get my head through the rings aggressively. led to getting stuck frequently ... if I could count how many attempts I made ...
but, after watching some mainsite videos i think i need to swing more, use my body more ... instead of just doing a pull up into a dip.
I was looking forward to trying this WOD again but after yesterdays 100 ring dips my tris are screaming NO! I am with Thomas on this one, not sure how this will go.
I was too tired to come in for the noon class and I have to work tonight. So I did my own quick WOD of 21-15-9 pushups, situps, and squats. 5:15. The phone rang and I answered it while doing round 2 of situps (probably slowed my time a little bit). Hopefully back in come Monday.
M/Us were jumping, rings about 4" above my head. HSPUs and KB Swings were RX'd.
HSPUs really slowed me down. By my 3rd round, they were coming in singles. By the end of the 4th round, it took multiple attempts to get one. I think my shoulders are smoked from so many of them in the last week. Gotta finish the 30 days, though!
Happy New Year to everyone. I won't be around much at the box for the next couple of months. I'm trying a linear progression strength program as a bit of a change, to see what happens when I come back to WODs full-time. But I will still be there in spirit, missing the box!

Great WOD! But i agree with Tim, my shoulders and tri's are still suffering from Wed WOD! So don't know how this will go down!
