  5. i contend it sounded hard from the get go...
    and continued to be hard till the end.

    still feel like my arms might fall off ... not sure yet. but if i do lose em ... unicycling is a no go. need those arms for balance!

    Tried the Lateral Step Swings with the 80# KB, and then realized there's no way I could do it! haha

    This was a killer wod, but a ton of fun.

    My hands are torn to shreds. I <3 Crossfit! :D

  8. It was way harder then expected, at one point on the pull up bars I was seeing stars, but managed to finished.
    Time was 28:40
    I used a 35# KB, I've done deads 3 times this week, Linda owned me yesterday.
