    I was hoping to go sub 12 then sub 15.

    Well I remember this one being a muscle failure kinda thing and...it STILL is. Pull Ups were continuous to the 7th round where id did 7 and 3 same for 8 then 5 and 5 for the last 2. Dips were another story altogether. Started breaking them up int he 3rd round I believe. They are hard.
