    - if anyone is interested in some pretty effective core (yeah, I said it, CORE) exercises, lemme know. I've been doing a supplementary mini-program at home for the past month (2-4 times a week as time allows) and the proof was laid out today in Annie. Stuart McGill ... check out his stuff!

  3. Squats: 240/255/265 -- but I had some depth issues...

    Bench press: 145/155/165 -- with no depth issues!

    I don't know what the deal was with the squats...felt like I was breaking 90, but alas, I was but an inch away from full glory.
