    We did the following instead...

    Warm Up:
    3 rounds of
    200m run
    5 burpies
    10 push ups
    15 squats

    (a) Tabata double unders
    (b) Something you need to work on (e.g., a lift you missed this week or a gymnastic skill)

    12 minute AMRAP
    3 Ring pull ups/toes to rings
    6 box jump
    9 KB swings 24kg/16kg
