WOD: AMRAP 20 min of:
3x 135/95 Clean
6x Ring Push Ups
12x Burpies.

  1. errr ... second time doing full cleans so there was an element of complete lack of coordination going on.
    fell down 3-5 times ... can't remember. got stuck in the bottom of the squat once, but i made it back up.
    fun? hells yeah.

    6 rounds for me @ #135 + 6 burpees..... I can't do burpees.... Yes I said can't.
