Wod, On the min for 30 min perform: 5 Burpies, 10 Squats, 15 D/U's


  1. awesome.
    work w/ rest intervals ... work which progressively overloads your bodies ability to clear metabolites and lower the HR to a manageable level during the rest period.

    30rds @ 33-35s or so per round.

  2. looks like I could have increased the work load a little eh Tim? I'll make up for it next time.

  3. Haven't done a workout like this in a while. I pretty much wanted to quit after 12 rounds but kept on going.

    30rds total (round were between 35 to 37 sec).
