Oh man, I don't even remember putting this together. LMAO Kidding. What I did not add was that it is a 30 minute AMRAP get as much done as you can. Each rep counts as 1 point and completion of all the reps in a set gets you a bonus of 5 points.
398! With no skipping! Fun WOD; I like these "game-like" WODs. Maybe we should do a team version?
They are fun. Maybe next Saturday, depending upon how many newbies are in, we will do a team version
