Warm Up:

There and backs
Bear crawl and long jump
Then:
med ball catch and crab soccer

    14:19 rx'd. I'm a bit disappointed with my time for this WOD, but it gave me a great indication of some areas where I should be applying more focus.

    Great WOD overall - covered everything: shoulders, back, core, ass, legs.
