    Mike- worked on snatches. Hit my pr 135 but they were ugly. Don't seem to have too much strength since my weight loss but I have been sleeping really badly for two weeks or so now and it showed. Nutrition is good although Cal intake is a little low. Experimenting again.

    Lunch time:
    Did 500 M row 1:50 slow I know but I was warming up. Then front squats 3x45 3x95 3x 135 1x185 1x205 1x215 1x235F 1x 230F 1x225. 5 pounds under my current PR.

    Finished with 5 rounds of 20 D/U's and 10 Burpies. 6:04

  3. Evening. Kate at 5 pm. We did a little 500M thing then worked front squats. 3's from 25 to 95 then singles up to 125. Awesome effort Kate and it was fun. She went on to 100 Double Unders.

    Amber and Heather both did the wod. Amber Jumping Pull Ups 16 ish Heather 21ish with BAPU.

    Mac worked the snatch. I posted picks of this adventure to the facebook fan site.
