    Jay and Silas worked together on shoulder and push press then he did Tabata Shoulder pPess with 45# 57 reps.

    Angie, our resident to be Krav Instructor came in for the first time. Silas took her through the warm up then she and I worked on Squats and Deads. She did 21 15 9 Box Jumps, Deadlifts and squats. Deads at 105/95. Just under 10 minutes. Great Effort.
