5rds: 12:57, 7rds: 19:00 16kg KB 1st round was unbroken, for most of the rounds I did 20 Squats, 12 then 8. KBs unbroken in every round. Pull Ups mostly 5-2-2-1. I was thinking of doing shoot throughs or pistols for something I sucked at, but I couldn't do push ups because of yesterday and I did not want to do extra squats before this WOD.. so instead I worked on Mobility.. which I do suck at.... trying to make it a habit every day!

Mobility and Starting Strength for me. Everything felt HEAVY! think I need to up my calories a little and dial my sleep in.
