ReplyDeleteFinally starting to feel like the strength is coming back, also the first morning that I have eaten before doing a WOD since I have been back - hadn't occured to me until marcia mentioned not eating and lifting yesterday.. Gonna try it next week and see if I get similar results!
Hang power snatch 5x25,3x45,2x55, 65-70-75-80-85-90-95
I hang power snatched 7# lower than my full snatch PR! Sweet! 90# was prettier though, 95# had a press out.. Also did one in the middle with 2.5# more on on side.. Almost hit myself in the face!
WOD - Rx'd @ 75#. - 9 rds + 3 Snatches.
Pull ups unbroken, box jumps mostly unbroken, snatches started feeling pretty good (started getting under the bar instead of pressing it out) push ups a wee sloppy.. Kinda like a wet noodle but they are coming along!
Great day so far. I apologize for not being my usual chipper self. Been a long week, which means it has been another great week in the box.
