Chris Ahlers PR 175 Tracey, see above. Marcia 130 PR I think Cindy Tied her old Pr of 105 Kym had to leave early so not sure. Ana ( I think I'll just smash the bar off my thighs) 70# I think. Started to get the hang of it by the end.
Couldn't help it.. was so angry at missing 125# this morning that I had to try again tonight.. got it! Things are slowly coming back! Little by little day by day!
