    Push ups are definitely a huge weakness for me!
    Deadlifts were unbroken. Push ups were strict military chest to ground. Those went to 1 at a time pretty quick. I failed 5 attempts throughout the workout. First workout back that I have cried (it is an effort thing) Hope I didn't scare anyone lol

  4. Did this one tonight at home with my brother.

    17:44 RX'd.
    All deads unbroken, push-ups were first 2 rounds unbroken, then 10/5 for 2 rounds, then 6/5/4 for the rest. Conclusion: I suck at push-ups. I FLEW through the deads, but the push-ups KILLED me.

    New goal: 100 push-ups straight by Christmas.

    C&Js: 65x5/95x3/135/155/165/175. Cleans were terrible; need to continue work on form.

  5. Did this one with 135 for DL. The DLs were surprising hard. The PU were easy. :) Not sure about the time. >20 minutes. I was at a "regular" gym in Vancouver, and some guy asked for a spot on the bench!
