50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

  4. Glad everyone is happy about this one. And to continue my whining from this morning. I have had one day off in the last 8 months. Please bring your friends so we have more people so I can add a trainer so I can have a day off. LMAO You're all awesome athletes.
