100 Burpie Pull Ups

If yuo cant do pull ups you will do one burpie one box jump and one JPU

  1. This one is a good one to measure your mental toughness. You're in control of the pain, faster = more pain but a better time, slower = less pain but a lame time.
    12:56. 10 self-imposed penalty reps. at work tonight because I stalled like a baby before this workout.

  2. It is true he was stalling pretty badly. Nice work though Adam. I was in working on some foundations stuff with Geatan. S/P, P/P and P/J Great effort. don't be too hard on yourself you did really well.
