  1. I don't have the numbers as I was there lifting. I know that my boy did the Wod in 17:30 ish. jumping pull ups and the push ups were not deep enough but otherwise..Pretty Proud!

    I worked on m cleans, missed 205 a bunch of times. Glutes and hip flexers felt week, still sore from the back squats...That's the excuse and I am sticking to it. Felt pretty good right up to 195 although I had little elbow wobble at 185.

    Thanks to Tracey for running the show and enabling me to come in and focus on myself.

  2. my time was 33:19, I believe. Attempted kipping pull-ups (with a band, lol)briefly then returned to jumping pull-ups. Also feeling weak and sickie :( but glad I made it in.
