Lunges 30 Second Squat Hold
Mobility: Couch, Glutes, Hams
Strength: DL 65,75,85%x5
Wod: Nicole, AMRAP 20 Min, 400M Run, Max Reps Pull Ups.
If you cannot do Pull Ups perform 20 Jumping Pullups with negatives.
