  3. CFHQ Stands For? Sorry, I can't find it online and as much as I feel I'm grasping these abbreviations I'm still dumbfounded by some of the most reoccurring ones. Also, I found all the abbreviations at crossfit.com. CFHQ was not there but I'm going to make a PDF of all the abbreviations that are up there and maybe it can be thrown on the website somewhere?
