Bench Press

3 3 2 1 1

Then  25 reps of standing long jump across the gym to 3 burpie pull ups If your hands are a mess do 5 Burpies . Lunge back.

  2. WOW. Another strength day and another PR brought to me by Crossfit Guelph. My bench press has increased by 40 pounds! Mike; whatever you're doing to me, I love it. Most of my strength PR's are up by 30 - 40 lbs. WOW. Thanks.
    P.S. Jumping is hard.That part of the WOD was so cool! If pain is cool....

  3. Way to go Adam. Killer job. I have a B/P PR from today as well. I will post the wod numbers tomorrow. Just got in the door and left my clip board in the car so...

    Adam had the time to beat. Al, Ryan and Steff were brave enough to get their asses to the box.

    I enjoyed this one as well although my time was slow. The standing jumps also took it out of me.
