  1. Great week Mike, The flexible schedule was a good idea this morning.
Adam Deadlift 225x5,275x3,295x2,315x1,295x3,225x5. 2 attempts @ 325 were fails. Couldn't find my "angry lifting face" today! Pumped at 315 though!
    Rowed 500m as well.
Manda Deadlift 2??x? pretty gassed today. Rowed 1000m.

  4. Good Morning.

I think a week end do whatever day is a good idea and will be part of our regular programming.

The Wod was 10 rounds of clean to HPC to overhead to front squat. Ed and I were the only takers.

    Ed 95# 23:51
    Mike 95 # 10:53

Adam and Manda worked deads as listed above. I believe Manda was at 220/225.
Steffanie came in again after having mostly recovered from her two wods and worked on the skills sheets.
    Steph V killed the 30 30 D/Us Push Ups WOD 21:00 NICE!
Dawn and Virginia were also in but had to leave to a funeral so they did a Box Jump, GHD/Row thing.

Congrats on the Dead Adam and Ed fantastic development of the clean. Work the shoulder and work the jerk Baby!.

  5. Yeah, even the women that had to go to a funeral came in this morning. Makes everybody elses excuses sound even more lame! Oh well, everybody that came in this morning is one workout stronger than someone else. Have a great weekend.

  6. Well spoken Adam. You should do the WOD Ed and I did this morning. It was a little light for me at 95#'s 55% of max jerk, but truthfully my shoulders are not fully recovered yet so it was good technical work with just enough load.

  7. My excuse was I ran a 14k. Took me 90 minutes, for a pace of about 6.4 minutes per kilometre. That's 6 minutes faster than last week. That's them 2 wods I got in this week working their magic.
Countdown to half marathon: 6 weeks, to 30km 'around the bay': 9 weeks.
