ReplyDelete9:50 on the WOD, abs failed me in the last two rounds and made for some DAMN slow toes to bar. Good time though!
Squats, measly 2 x 245#. Can't say I'm pleased but given what I've done to myself this week, can't say I'm surprised. Looking forward to two days off!
