40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

    I did Amrap 12 min of 3 snatches @ 75 % of max. 95# 's 5 burpies 10 pull ups. I got 6 rounds. Was not feeling it today. Good wod though.
