What I have to say about this wod is: totally rocked strict push ups (which I had to substitute for hspu). Don't know the number -- something like 15 or 20 maybe even more. Body stiff as a board! Before CrossFit I could not do even one strict push up and before today only did them from my knees. Enough to make a girl cry, really. Strong IS sexy.
