ReplyDeleteDid this one tonight at the globo (puked a little in my mouth having to be there). 34:51 RX'd. OHSs took me literally 10 minutes, because I kept screwing up the form for the first 10 reps. Then I started cranking them out, after my brother yelled at me.
ReplyDeleteL-Pull-ups also took a while...maybe 7 or 8 minutes. They were coming 1-at-a-time. It's been a while since I did those!
It's been a bit since I've been into the box. I can't wait to be there tomorrow. I do have to say, it has been fun wodding with my brother again, though. It's nice to be able to get him back into it, but I miss the community at CFG.
