10 Ring Dips (or 15 Bar dips)
10 Lunge steps


Warm Up
3 rounds of:
25 D/U's
10 Shoulder Rolls
10 Squats
5 Burpies

Mobility:
Shoulders.

    10 rounds, 4 unassisted and then all hell broke loose. Bah feeble buggy whips*. Bah.

    *buggy whips are arms. or legs. that resemble ... buggy whips.

  3. Good job to everyone in the evening classes. It was a great turnout for the 6pm class, I think it was a total of 11 people. We even managed to fit everyone on the pull-up bars. Props to Adee, Jackie and Tracy for doing all unassisted ring dips! Some new PRs tonight as well!

  4. 4 rds + 5 ring dips... Felt like sectionals all over again kept failing on the ring dips.. Last 5 took like 8 minutes..

    Pr 180# FS though, felt like I had a bit more too

  5. Yup, I counted 12 for 6pm. It was literally elbow to elbow on the pull up bar...I knocked Patrick a few times.
