Nice Mac, I worked HPC and jerks today. Warmed up with 10 reps each of:Mid hang clean pull,rack delivery,tall muscle clean,mid hang muscle clean, scarecrow clean,mid hang clean. Followed by 3x65,95,115,135,155,160 No rest bar off ground whole time. 165x2 Then 10x 135 Clean and Jerk. My core is still really sore from the dead lift Shins to bar Wod on Friday. Curious to check my weight. Really lean. 30 inch waist. Have not been that in years and years. Kinda fun.
