  2. Wow.. Starting from scratch.. I remember the days when I could do a 21-15-9 unbroken for pull ups.. Today was more like: 6-4-3-2-1-3-2. Ugh! Ring dips assisted and poor.. Snatch felt heavy. OHS ok 90-100-110-120-130(failed the jerk)
