50 M sprint

  1. Did yesterday's WOD today at home. 10:27.46 RX'd

    Started off with 3x5 KB Snatches 1 pood/1.5 pood/1.5 pood (5x each arm each set)... I need to get some heavier KBs haha.

    Also got 5 proper Handstand Push-ups (head to Abmat). Finally can do them facing away from the wall! Now it's time to build the full ROM!

    I've gotta say, being lighter helps with all the bodyweight and gymnastics stuff. And it's all because of Paleo!

    I'll be in on Friday, come Hell or high water. See everyone then!
