  1. Ended up having to stay the night in Toronto due to the weather, so I was not able to make it into the box. I did my own little workout at home.
    10 to 1 pushups, pullups, situp and squats. Time was 15:40. Looking forward to getting into the box tomorrow at noon and finally getting back on schedule.
