  1. Did a WOD with Crossfit East Village in beautiful San Diego. Crossfit is a great connection in a new city, instant connection to good people. 40-30-20-10, squats with oe dumbbell overhead, alternating arms half way and double unders or 3x skips. 10:43 w 35lb.

    Yoga for a couple of days then St. Patricks day hike into mountains outside palm springs, 10miler with 5000 ft vertical gain, temps predicted at 88f.
