5 rou...This one was rough for me, as it always is.<br /><br />5 rounds + 2 HSPUs.<br /><br />M/Us were jumping, rings about 4" above my head. HSPUs and KB Swings were RX'd.<br /><br />HSPUs really slowed me down. By my 3rd round, they were coming in singles. By the end of the 4th round, it took multiple attempts to get one. I think my shoulders are smoked from so many of them in the last week. Gotta finish the 30 days, though!<br /><br />Happy New Year to everyone. I won't be around much at the box for the next couple of months. So I did my own quick WOD <br />of 21-15-9 pushups, situps, and squats. <br />5:15. The phone rang and I answered it while doing round 2 of situps (probably slowed my time a little bit).
